About Me
I am an award-winning composer of music, primarily focusing on musical theatre but with a history of writing anything from pop songs to orchestral pieces to solo piano works. Based in New York but originally from Cleveland, I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Music from Baldwin Wallace University before getting a Master’s Degree in Musical Theatre Writing from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. I have had works performed at the New York City Center, The Cutting Room, and the African Grove Theater, and in 2019 I won the Audience Choice Award in the Original Music/New Ideas competition at the El Paso Society for Musicians of the Future.
I love everything musical theatre, whether it be watching, listening, performing in, or working. I spent two years as a music production assistant for my undergrad’s musical theatre program, have played keyboard for performances all around northeast Ohio, and even briefly taught theatre in Boston.
I love collaborating and working on new projects, and just love being involved in any way I can!
